We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Operations Trainer to join our team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that drive operational excellence and employee growth. You will serve as a key bridge between our strategic goals and our frontline operations, ensuring that every team member is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the fast-paced fintech landscape.
As an Operations Trainer at Monee, you will not only facilitate learning but also analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our training methodologies. You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect the latest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engaging training curricula, workshops, and e-learning materials for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and refresher courses to ensure high competency levels across all departments.
- Collaborate with management to identify operational bottlenecks and create targeted training solutions to address them.
- Analyze training data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor junior trainers and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent delivery of training content.
- Stay updated on industry trends in fintech and payments to keep our training content relevant and innovative.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, training, or a related role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to translate complex operational concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the digital payments or fintech industry is highly preferred.
