Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial boilers to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boiler systems
- Monitor pressure, temperature, and flow parameters using control systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational logs and reports
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for system upgrades and repairs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience operating industrial boilers or similar equipment
- Valid Boiler Operator certification (Kepelabuhanan) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and control system interfaces
- Ability to work in rotating shift schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform inspections in industrial environments
