Tanggung Jawab
- Operate PP/OPP plastic printing machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and output targets are met
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Collaborate with quality control team to resolve production issues
- Maintain clean and organized work area according to 5S standards
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in printing machinery operation preferred
- Knowledge of PP/OPP plastic printing materials and processes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for printing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Ability to work in shift-based production environment
- Physical stamina for standing and operating machinery for extended periods
