Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in technical fields
- 1-2 years experience in industrial operations or monitoring roles
- Basic knowledge of mining processes and logistics operations
- Proficiency in using monitoring software and communication tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and observational abilities
