As a Corrugator Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring the high-speed production of corrugated materials. You will be responsible for the precise operation of BF/CF machinery, maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and upholding our uncompromising quality and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor BF/CF corrugator units to ensure consistent production output.
- Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain safety and machine integrity.
- Perform regular machine inspections and minor adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and shift objectives.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Proactively identify and report mechanical issues or potential bottlenecks to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation according to 5S manufacturing standards.
- Log production data accurately and generate shift reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, ideally in a corrugator or paper-based manufacturing plant.
- Strong understanding of production machinery operation and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Good physical health and stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (K3) and environmental compliance.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger production crew.
