Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy machinery (DT 30-50) safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
- Enforce quality, safety, health, and environmental protocols in all operational activities
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with company standards
- Document and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams for seamless workflow
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating heavy machinery (DT trucks preferred)
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification (SIO/SPK)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work in shifts and under varying environmental conditions
- Physical stamina to handle demanding operational tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
