Tunas Mitra Sukses is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics and manufacturing team in Cikarang. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in good working order and report any maintenance needs.
- Accurately pick and pack goods for distribution while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including inventory counts, scanning, and organizing cargo.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators to meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for Forklift is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and industrial protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items when required.
- Willingness to work in shifts as determined by production demands.
- Good discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and warehouse management system (WMS) basic inputs.
