Linc Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Operator Forklift Reach Truck to join our dynamic logistics team in Banyuasin. As a leader in supply chain and logistics, we pride ourselves on operational excellence and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Reach Truck forklifts safely and efficiently within a high-density warehouse environment.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic preventative maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE).
- Execute precise loading, unloading, and stacking of palletized goods in high-rack systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and system updates as required.
- Strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Warehouse Safety Protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the floor supervisor.
- Ensure the warehouse area is kept clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock movement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating Reach Trucks or similar heavy material handling equipment.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) Forklift that is currently active.
- Proven ability to maneuver in narrow aisle environments with high safety standards.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and OH&S guidelines.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to focus on detail-oriented tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan area.
