Cimory Group, a leading national food and beverage company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our logistics team in Pasuruan. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and organization of high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in operating heavy machinery and maintain a clean, organized work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly, supporting our production and distribution goals while adhering to rigorous safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Reach Trucks and other forklift equipment safely and efficiently in high-density warehouse racking systems.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks and maintenance inspections on machinery to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy in inventory handling.
- Move pallets and stock to designated storage areas while maintaining warehouse organization standards.
- Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions immediately to the floor supervisor.
- Maintain high levels of workplace safety and hygiene as per company and industry standards.
- Assist in physical inventory counting and barcode scanning processes as required.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for Forklift in good standing.
- Proven work experience as a Forklift or Reach Truck Operator in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Ability to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Demonstrated physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting and warehouse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training is required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Pasuruan, Jawa Timur area.
