Century Mitra Sukses Sejati is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Operator Inspection to join our manufacturing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product quality by performing rigorous visual and physical checks throughout the production cycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Operate inspection equipment and measurement tools with precision.
- Identify, document, and report any product defects or non-conformities immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of inspection activities for quality assurance tracking.
- Ensure all inspection processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education level.
- Proven experience as an Inspector, Operator, or in a similar Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong visual acuity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or product specifications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using basic measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for warehouse/factory floor tasks.
- Disciplined, honest, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
