PT. Mars Industri Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Laboratory Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Cipeundeuy, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product quality by conducting precise laboratory testing and analysis.
The ideal candidate will bridge the communication gap between our production floor and international stakeholders, ensuring that technical specifications and quality protocols are seamlessly communicated. You will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing your technical skills to analyze materials, document results, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in our production line.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products in compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Interpret test results accurately and communicate findings to the production team and management.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and functionality at all times.
- Serve as a primary point of communication for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding technical data and quality audits.
- Document all laboratory activities in the management system with high precision and confidentiality.
- Monitor safety compliance in the laboratory and production area to ensure a zero-accident work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and support the Quality Control team during investigations or process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support operational communication.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing laboratory environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in computer software, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word) for data reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based setting and handle shift work.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and high attention to detail.
