In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our live streaming events, ensuring that every broadcast runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for the meticulous setup of complex audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting real-time technical issues, and coordinating closely with the production team to deliver high-quality content that engages our audience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end setup and configuration of live streaming hardware, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor live stream signals in real-time to ensure optimal audio and video quality throughout the broadcast.
- Resolve technical glitches, network latency, or equipment malfunctions instantly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams to align technical execution with broadcast schedules.
- Perform daily maintenance checks and calibration of streaming equipment to prevent future failures.
- Assist in the recording and archiving of live sessions for future reference or editing.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment handling and on-site setups.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in broadcasting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of video production principles and streaming technologies (RTMP, OBS, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems quickly under pressure without losing composure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every broadcast.
