Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools
- Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance in digital logs
- Collaborate with production teams to address operational issues
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO standards
- Order maintenance supplies and manage inventory of spare parts
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in industrial maintenance operations
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems and automation equipment
- Valid certification in industrial maintenance preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
