As an MHE Operator, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is moved, stored, and retrieved with utmost accuracy. You will be responsible for the daily operation of equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet movers to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. We provide a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact our operational success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate MHE equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Mover) safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Accurately load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper stacking and storage techniques.
- Follow strict warehouse safety protocols and SOPs to prevent accidents and damage to inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure optimal workflow.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and verify the accuracy of shipments versus documentation.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and shift supervisors regarding operational progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for the specific MHE type being operated (active status is mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy or specialized material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and standard operational procedures (SOP).
- Physically fit and capable of handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
