PT. Helios Power Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Crane Operator (60 Ton) to join our growing team in Batam. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate 60-ton mobile crane safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-operation inspections of the crane, rigging, and safety equipment.
- Interpret load charts and determine safe lifting limits based on load weight and distance.
- Communicate effectively with signal persons and ground crew during all lifting operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A or SIM B1 (Operator License).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating 60-ton mobile cranes.
- Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging techniques, and heavy machinery safety.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor industrial conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to pass a medical examination and drug screening.
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts if required by project needs.
