Tanggung Jawab
- Apply industrial paints and coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to achieve specified finishes
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Monitor paint viscosity and mix ratios according to technical specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform touch-ups as required
- Maintain painting equipment including spray guns, compressors, and mixing tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Document material usage and production data for inventory control
- Collaborate with quality control team to meet finish standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in industrial painting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in painting or coating applications
- Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and coating specifications
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing environments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle tools
- Willingness to work in a contract position with potential for extension
