Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality surface polishing on various industrial components independently.
- Operate polishing machinery for both external and internal surface finishes according to technical drawings.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure parts meet specified tolerance and finish levels.
- Maintain equipment in good working order through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor production output to ensure targets are met without compromising safety or quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and reduce material wastage.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a Polishing Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of surface treatment techniques and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and machinery operations.
- Able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
