In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing production processes with precision. You will operate machinery, monitor product quality to ensure it meets our strict standards, and ensure that daily production targets are achieved in strict accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We offer a collaborative environment where your contribution directly impacts the success of our operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily production tasks and operate machinery in strict accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitor production lines to ensure output targets and efficiency goals are met.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and rectify defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment (5S standards).
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any technical issues to the supervisor.
- Document production data accurately and maintain detailed logs.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Vocational Degree in Manufacturing or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety protocols.
- Physically fit and able to stand or work in various positions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts and adhere to production schedules.
