The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes with a specific emphasis on the Distributed Control System (DCS).
As an Operator Produksi, you will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, safety standards, and product quality. You will be responsible for monitoring complex automated systems, troubleshooting operational issues in real-time, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet our production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure optimal production flow.
- Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing machinery and equipment to maintain peak performance.
- Execute production schedules while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process deviations or mechanical malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for quality control and reporting.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all activities comply with company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering or related fields; a Diploma (D3) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control System) or similar PLC-based control interfaces.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and operational manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Capable of working in rotating shifts and maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
