Join Kompas Gramedia as a Production Operator and become part of Indonesia's leading media manufacturing group. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery (pre-press, printing, post-press) according to SOPs
- Conduct quality inspections at production stages to ensure product specifications
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
- Document production metrics and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/monthly production targets
- Optimize workflow efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK technical background preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing/production environments
- Basic knowledge of printing machinery or industrial production processes
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret production schematics
- Strong attention to detail with quality control awareness
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
