Astra Otoparts, a leading player in the automotive components industry, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Operator QC to join our manufacturing team in Bogor. You will work directly on the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line, performing comprehensive inspections and managing non-conforming items. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform real-time process monitoring for SMT FA (Surface Mount Technology) production lines.
- Identify, document, and segregate NG (Not Good/Defective) components to prevent production flow issues.
- Conduct thorough visual and technical inspections of finished goods prior to shipping.
- Maintain accurate quality logs and inspection reports for traceability.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality deviations and minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to 5S and safety protocols within the production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience in Quality Control or manufacturing environments, particularly within SMT lines, is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems.
- Willingness to work in the Bogor area and commit to long-term operational success.
