Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate QCC (Quay Container Crane) and STS (Ship-to-Shore) cranes for container loading/unloading
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Coordinate with ground crew and vessel operations for synchronized cargo handling
- Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports
- Adhere strictly to OHS protocols and company safety standards
- Assist in crane maintenance troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid crane operator certification (QCC/STS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery in port/logistics
- Strong understanding of container handling procedures
- Basic mechanical knowledge of crane systems
- Physical fitness to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Shift work availability (including weekends/holidays)
- High school diploma or technical certification equivalent
