As a vital part of our logistics network, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, stacking, and movement of containers to ensure seamless supply chain performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Reach Stackers and Side Loaders safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stack containers within the depot/terminal.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain precise documentation and logs for all container movements and equipment activity.
- Coordinate closely with ground teams and administrative staff to ensure efficient throughput in the yard.
- Adhere strictly to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to prevent accidents and damage.
- Identify and report any mechanical malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the maintenance supervisor.
- Ensure that all stacking maneuvers comply with terminal layout plans and storage protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating Reach Stackers or similar heavy-duty container handling equipment.
- Must possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Reach Stacker/Heavy Equipment.
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) certificate in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of port or logistics operations and container handling safety standards.
- Ability to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in varied outdoor environments.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
