Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate water distribution equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of facility systems to identify potential malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and data regarding water flow and equipment status.
- Respond promptly to operational alarms or issues, troubleshooting and escalating as necessary.
- Ensure all activities comply with standardized safety protocols and organizational health guidelines.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24/7 service availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Technical background preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict technical manuals and instructions.
- Basic knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, or mechanical operations.
- Physical capability to perform on-site inspections and work in various environmental conditions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, utility, or industrial operations role is a significant advantage.
