PT. Cipta Mandala Lumber Nusantara is a growing leader in the timber and wood processing industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Operator Wheel Loader to join our logistics and production team in Ogan Ilir. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain by ensuring the efficient handling and loading of materials essential for our daily manufacturing operations.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment, specifically Wheel Loaders, to move timber, sawdust, and woodchips. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Wheel Loader equipment safely and efficiently to support log and woodchip loading activities.
- Ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials (timber, sawdust, woodchips) to designated storage or processing areas.
- Perform daily pre-start checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and mechanical functionality, to ensure the machine is in optimal working condition.
- Maintain clear communication with ground personnel and logistics supervisors to coordinate loading schedules.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP) while operating heavy equipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe operational environment.
- Perform basic field maintenance and report any mechanical irregularities to the workshop team immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically Wheel Loaders.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for Heavy Equipment in good standing.
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) background in relevant technical fields.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (K3) regulations in the manufacturing or mining sector.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments and potentially rotating shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to follow technical instructions and maintain production targets.
- Disciplined, responsible, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
