Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment plant equipment including pumps, aerators, and filtration systems
- Monitor water quality parameters and treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of treatment systems
- Document operational data, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize system efficiency and resolve operational issues
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train junior staff on operational procedures and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational certification preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Basic knowledge of chemical handling and water treatment processes
- Proficiency in SCADA systems or industrial monitoring equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and physically demanding environments
- Certification in wastewater treatment operations (additional advantage)
