Tanggung Jawab
- Design and simulate optical systems for high-speed inspection machines.
- Select and integrate appropriate cameras, lenses, lighting, and filters for various inspection requirements.
- Perform optical alignment, calibration, and characterization of imaging systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to image acquisition and optical distortion.
- Develop and document technical specifications for new optical modules and assemblies.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct design reviews and performance testing to meet strict quality and accuracy benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in optical system design, specifically for machine vision or inspection systems.
- Proficiency in optical design software (e.g., Zemax, Code V, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of illumination techniques, sensor technology, and image processing fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with optical testing equipment, such as interferometers and optical power meters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
