Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive routine eye examinations for in-store patients
- Provide accurate vision prescriptions and recommend corrective eyewear solutions
- Explain examination findings and treatment options to patients clearly
- Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyeglass frames and contact lenses
- Maintain detailed patient records and medical histories
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless patient experience
- Conduct equipment maintenance and quality assurance checks
- Stay updated on latest optometric techniques and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Optometry or related field
- Valid Indonesian optometry license (SIO)
- Strong diagnostic and refractive skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in examinations
- Customer service orientation with empathy
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer literacy for patient record management
