Are you passionate about global supply chain excellence and operational efficiency? adidas is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Jakarta on a 4-month contract.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our order management process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the transparency and reliability of our order book, playing a pivotal role in optimizing stock availability to meet the demands of our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the daily order book to ensure seamless fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve order exceptions and supply chain bottlenecks promptly.
- Analyze stock availability data to provide actionable insights for inventory optimization.
- Prepare and generate detailed status reports on order fulfillment performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and global logistics standards during the picking and packing process.
- Support the team in month-end reporting and reconciliation of order fulfillment data.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse operations to track shipment progress and delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
