- Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, from initial receipt and processing through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments including Sales, Production, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow and resolution of issues.
- Oversee and optimize logistics operations, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and local transportation to meet delivery timelines efficiently.
- Monitor order statuses proactively, identify potential delays or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions with minimal impact.
- Communicate regularly with customers and global stakeholders, providing timely updates on order progress and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain meticulous records of all order-related documentation, ensuring data integrity and facilitating audit readiness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams to align regional practices with international standards and optimize overall network performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment processes, international shipping regulations, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across various cultures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative global team, demonstrating initiative and proactive engagement.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international teams and partners.
