Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare the operating room with necessary surgical equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies according to specific procedure requirements.
- Monitor and support patients throughout the surgical process, ensuring their comfort, safety, and psychological well-being.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations by maintaining a sterile environment and providing instruments accurately and timely.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards to prevent surgical site infections.
- Document all nursing activities, surgical counts, and patient vital signs precisely in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia and recovery team to ensure a seamless transition of patient care post-surgery.
- Participate in emergency response and resuscitation efforts during surgical complications when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) degree in Nursing.
- Must possess a valid and active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for Nurses.
- Proven experience as an Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse or equivalent surgical department role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrument handling, sterile techniques, and patient positioning.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Palangkaraya and work in shift rotations as required by the hospital.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, reliability, and emotional resilience under pressure.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
