Wavin Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Outbound Logistics Planner to join our team in Batang. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our distribution network, ensuring that our high-quality products reach our customers efficiently, accurately, and on time.
As an Outbound Logistics Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, sales, and external transport partners. You will leverage your analytical skills to optimize shipment routes, manage inventory flow, and troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily outbound shipment schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize transport routes, reducing costs while maintaining service levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading processes.
- Manage relationships and performance with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport vendors.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and customs paperwork.
- Prepare regular reporting on logistics KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and freight cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outbound logistics, transport planning, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian geography and local transport infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
