We are currently hiring a dedicated Outbound Warehouse Crew to join our rapidly expanding team in Kalimantan Selatan. As a pivotal member of our outbound logistics division, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all outgoing shipments, directly contributing to our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day activities will revolve around preparing customer orders for dispatch. This includes meticulously picking items from our inventory, professionally packing them to prevent damage, and labeling them correctly. You will also be tasked with inspecting goods upon receipt into the outbound area, coordinating with the shipping team to load trucks safely and efficiently, and maintaining accurate digital and paper records. A strong focus on workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized workspace is essential to our operations in Kalimantan Selatan.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and labeling of outbound shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of goods to ensure correct quantity, quality, and no damage before loading.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate loading of trucks and containers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic stocktaking and cycle counts.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists and delivery notes.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in outbound operations.
- Valid forklift operator certification and experience operating heavy equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg) and standing for prolonged periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
