Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, watering plants, and weeding garden beds to maintain a manicured appearance.
- Conduct general grounds keeping tasks such as sweeping pathways, clearing debris, and ensuring cleanliness of all outdoor areas.
- Execute minor repairs and preventative maintenance on outdoor fixtures, fencing, and irrigation systems as needed to ensure functionality and safety.
- Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of outdoor equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, stored correctly, and in good working order.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling for outdoor areas, ensuring proper segregation and timely removal to uphold environmental standards.
- Report any major damage, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor promptly for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to all company safety regulations and procedures while performing duties to maintain a safe working environment for all.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or general grounds keeping roles.
- Ability to operate various outdoor maintenance equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, gardening techniques, and minor repair work.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as an effective member of a team.
- Residency in Jambi or surrounding areas is preferred.
