Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention measures
- Resolve customer complaints and build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for efficient stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
