Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive operational support to local outlets to ensure adherence to J&T Cargo standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking partners, providing timely assistance and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new outlet staff regarding company systems and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and distribution workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regional management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding cargo and logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (both written and verbal) to support communication with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or field operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging cultural gaps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within the designated region as required for site visits.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
