Tanggung Jawab
- Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to transport materials and equipment
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane systems
- Adhere strictly to K3 Kemnaker safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with ground crew to ensure safe material handling operations
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and maintenance activities
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Participate in regular safety training and certification updates
Kualifikasi
- Valid K3 Kemnaker certification for overhead crane operation
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating overhead cranes
- Strong understanding of load weight calculations and balance principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical fitness to work in industrial environments
- Strong communication skills for team coordination
- Clean driving license (SIM A) is advantageous
