We are a rapidly expanding leader in the maritime shipping industry, currently managing a robust fleet of 35 Tug & Barge sets. As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Owner Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Jakarta.
In this critical role, you will act as the primary technical interface between the company and our fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of our vessels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marine engineering, vessel maintenance schedules, and maritime logistics, ensuring that our fleet performance exceeds industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the technical condition and operational performance of a fleet of 35 Tug & Barge sets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vessel downtime.
- Manage dry-docking projects, repairs, and technical upgrades, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, MARPOL, and class requirements.
- Monitor fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and technical expenditures to optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with ship captains and crews to resolve technical issues and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and performance analysis for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related maritime field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar technical role within the shipping industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Tug & Barge technical operations and maintenance requirements.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian maritime regulations and Class Society procedures (BKI or IACS).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee external contractors and repair yards.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to port areas and shipyards as required by operational needs.
