This permanent leadership position reports directly to a Senior R&D Lead and offers the opportunity to shape packaging strategies that balance sustainability, cost-efficiency, and brand excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive packaging strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead packaging innovation projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Manage packaging suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize quality and delivery timelines
- Oversee packaging material selection, testing, and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate packaging design with product development processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor packaging to identify innovation opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in packaging processes to reduce environmental impact
- Mentor and develop packaging team members to enhance technical capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7 years of packaging management experience in FMCG or manufacturing sector
- Expertise in sustainable packaging materials and circular economy principles
- Proven track record in managing packaging development from concept to launch
- Strong knowledge of packaging regulations (SNI, ISO) and international standards
- Advanced proficiency in packaging design software (CAD, 3D modeling)
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication abilities
