Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and test innovative packaging solutions that enhance shelf-life, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure compliance with strict food safety regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to source high-quality, cost-effective packaging materials.
- Manage packaging trials from prototype development to full-scale production implementation.
- Optimize existing packaging designs to reduce waste and improve production efficiency on the filling lines.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in packaging technology to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs related to packaging materials and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Material Science, Food Science, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, paperboard, laminates) and their interaction with dairy products.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and packaging design tools.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC) and material migration testing.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
