Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the packaging department to meet production targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of packaging staff to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Monitor packaging machinery performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Ensure all products meet quality control standards and customer specifications before dispatch.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on the production floor.
- Manage inventory levels of packaging materials and forecast needs to prevent production downtime.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve packaging cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure setting.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (ERP/WMS).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain a hands-on presence on the production floor.
