Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and efficient packing of finished fragrance products according to company standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damages, or labeling errors before final packaging.
- Operate packing machinery and tools safely to maintain production output targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Prepare shipments by verifying quantities and ensuring correct packaging materials are used.
- Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records of packed goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a packing, production, or warehouse role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting light to medium items.
- Good physical health and stamina.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment if required.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory logging.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team.
