Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor packing team performance to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing stock
- Train and mentor team members on packing techniques and safety protocols
- Optimize packing processes to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments for seamless operations
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing/logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and SOPs
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
