Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of packing staff to meet daily production targets
- Ensure all packing activities comply with quality standards and company procedures
- Train packing staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment
- Implement efficiency improvements in packing processes to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any packing-related issues promptly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly packing reports for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and production teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in packing operations or warehouse management
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of packing materials, equipment, and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when necessary
