Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage multi-platform paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget reallocation
- Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Collaborate with creative teams to align ad messaging with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Implement conversion tracking strategies and attribution models for accurate ROI measurement
- Stay current with digital advertising algorithm changes and platform updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media management
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
