Join Unilever's dynamic supply chain team as a Palm and Lauric Sourcing Officer, where you'll play a pivotal role in securing sustainable raw materials for our global operations. This position requires strategic sourcing expertise to optimize palm oil and lauric product procurement while maintaining rigorous sustainability standards. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers across Sumatera Utara to build resilient supply chains, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure ethical sourcing practices aligned with Unilever's sustainability commitments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sourcing of palm oil and lauric products across Sumatera Utara
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks
- Ensure compliance with RSPO sustainability and ethical sourcing standards
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management for seamless operations
- Prepare sourcing reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in palm oil industry
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian palm oil supply chains and market dynamics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven contract management experience
- Expertise in sustainability standards (RSPO, MSPO, NDPE)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
