Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of Yamaha parts and components
- Process customer orders and transactions efficiently at the parts counter
- Provide expert guidance to customers regarding part specifications and compatibility
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely parts replenishment
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inventory movements
- Implement stock rotation procedures to optimize inventory freshness
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure physical counts match system records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management or parts handling
- Strong proficiency in data entry and inventory management software
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Ability to work accurately with numerical data and technical specifications
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle or automotive components preferred
- Problem-solving skills for parts identification and substitution scenarios
