Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components
- Track incoming/outgoing shipments and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Conduct regular physical counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams for optimal stock levels
- Utilize inventory management software for real-time data tracking
- Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management review
- Ensure parts are stored according to safety and organizational standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic knowledge of supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
