PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a highly analytical Part Inventory Analyst Staff to join our team in Tanah Miring, Papua Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our inventory levels are perfectly balanced to meet the rigorous demands of our manufacturing and logistics operations.
As a Part Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in forecasting, monitoring, and managing the lifecycle of essential parts. Your insights will drive decision-making for procurement, directly impacting the availability of resources and our overall operational success. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses the analytical prowess to turn complex data into actionable inventory strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all warehouse locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage the replenishment process and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose process improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance and critical stock KPIs for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with project timelines and service level agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of inventory management principles, such as FIFO, Safety Stock, and EOQ.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to be based in Tanah Miring, Papua Selatan.
