Are you an experienced logistics professional with a sharp eye for detail? Erajaya is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Inventory Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by ensuring our inventory of spare parts and components is accurately tracked, optimized, and readily available to support our business needs.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of spare parts inventory, leveraging ERP systems to maintain data integrity and streamline supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environments, ensuring that stock levels are perfectly balanced to minimize costs while preventing operational downtime.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory records and documentation using ERP systems.
- Supervise daily cycle counting, periodic stock-takes, and reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inbound shipments and outbound distribution.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve stock discrepancies or inventory shortages promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory performance reports and analytics for management review.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and best practices for material handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor or similar role in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
